Hi I'm 24yrs old AND WEIGH 73 AND I AM 1.63 TALL
Please help me, i look like a PREGNENT woman. i do have a child he is 4yrs, i have tryed many things to live normal like other ladys. i'm tired of people asking me question weather i'm pregnent or not please help how can remove this thing and i have stoped eating a lot.does skipping rope to remove big tummy? one of my friend told me about it .

you have to do cardio to lose body fat/reduce body fat percentage (since we cant spot reduce body fat) - those are running, jogging, swimming, elliptical, cycling, hiking, rope jumping etc - do them 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min).
and make sure you eat enough because when you deprive your body all you lose is water weight and muscle not fat and slow down your metabolism.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I would start with sit ups and crunches and a lot of abdominal exercises
