My gay lover was telling me about how he was married to a woman for 10 years, and how he had dumped "Ralph" in order to live a "normal life" in the Mormon religion and how it was the worst mistake he ever made, which got me thinking about how gays sometimes dump their lovers for the Western fundie neocon version of nascar Jesus.
He was like, "Sorry, but I want to be normal." He also told me about a friend of his who did the same thing, the difference being that his friend is bisexual, whereas my gay lover is completely gay.
He also showed me some website that was called something like, "Jesus is a trick-stealing *****." It wasn't all that informative, however, but I got the idea.
How many of you have wanted to be accepted by a "tribe" i.e. society, rather than just be yourself?

Yes. I remember when your boyfriend dumped me. I started dating his bisexual friend and got dumped again! All because of Jesus.

I'm gonna have to go with a big NEVER on this one. See, that was a big never. Society can blow me for all i care. I don't wake up for it, and I don't go to bed wondering how it's doing. We really need to quit caring what what society thinks of us, and start caring about what we think about ourselves.

If you believe that Jesus is the Christ, and you believe that He does not accept homosexuality, then why would you be angry at someone wanting what Christ wants for them?
