For me, I'm sick of "deconstucted" recipes...and recipes that make you eat from right to left, or whatever.

I've seen chefs pre cook pasta to al dente for 30 pasta dishes hours before serving.
Risotto made with water instead of stock.
And this was in a very expensive LA restaurant!
