the CIA heroin lab was closed by the Talebani regime , now in Afghanistan heroin and drugs back to market again , no school or hospital build by the Canadian or american, why we don't have any independent organization to watch the American , they have power and gun and what they want to do with life of the others people in others country

The CIA has been knee deep in Heroin since after WW2. Yes, we have organization that should be watching this. THe UN is powerless, and US has Veto power. DEA try to stop it, but someone higher up interfered. It's now easier since DEA, CIA , FBI and other organization are now under homeland security. FBI and CIA has been in a power struggle, and I'm afraid a greater coperation betweent he two would mean that they won't be squeeling on each other.

The Taliban allegedly were anti-heroin, yet the world supply of heroin didn't go down when they were in control. The Taliban just had stockpiled heroin and their campaign against it was just to drive up prices, deprive their enemies of money, and to look good internationally.

Its purely a waste of money and supplies. The drug gangs have purely made greater funds and have become greater brutal through fact the conflict began. purely bumped off the investment from prepared crime and end the conflict on drugs.
