When are we bf/gf?

We confessed that we liked each other and have been talking on a more personal level the last couple of days. He asked me on a double date Sat. Are we bf/gf now or when we go on our first date?

Usually a couple will go out on a few dates ... maybe three to five or so...then you two will probably need to decide to make it official. If you decide to make it official you'll be boyfriend/girlfriend.

your assuming way to much here this is your first date you arent a couple yet. not for a few more dates and being boyfriend girlfriend is something that is discussed and agreed on its never assumed
