go to the neurologist as directed and also get your thyroid levels checked! ask your doctor how your free t4 and t3 levels looked on your blood tests

have your doctor do a blood culture as well to see if you have any type of infections.

but also book an appointment with a psychiatrist to test and talk about forms of depression

medically they can affect the body like a degenerative disease causing muscle pain, difficulty to concentrate, memory loss, mood swings, general malaise

good luck!

Who knows just what it might be.
I shared similar symptoms 24hrs. after being in a minor car accident. My symptoms were extreme and kept me from working and from the ability to perform daily tasks around the house. It's been 6 years since that day. Most of the symptoms have faded, but there are still bits of time each day when I am aware of a Shadow of the symptoms is still with me. All the tests turned up nothing solid as far as a diagnosis. I believe it was the car accident.

Good luck to you. I hope your symptoms go away soon.

Sounds like it could be a dissociative disorder... possibly due to post traumatic stress disorder.. could be a touch of anxiety disorder. if you find yourself avoiding things because of these feelings you need to see a doc. I had these same problems and actually self diagnosed myself at the age of 18 with panic disorder using an encyclopedia i found in my brothers closet. the doctor later concurred. try to get a good 8-9 hours sleep for a week and if it doesn't stop make an appointment.

There are lots of reasons for this. you could be sleep deprevied, depressed, could have some minor health issues ( anemic, etc.) It wouldnt hurt to stop in a doc's office and get a quick look at, just to make sure you aren't under the weather with something easily treatable. Also, if its depression, sleep problems, they can help oyu with that too. I went through something similiar a year ago- for me, I was anemic and suffering depression and poor sleep. A doctors visit reassured me, and got me headed in the right direction.

Watch the video "meet your meat" on youtube.

The hormones and steroids and antibiotics in meat can alter your brain chemistry. You are what you eat.

And maybe switch to bottled water as well.
