how do little new born puppies act at a month old?

i have month old puppies and the smallest one don t act to strong in the back legs is this normal?

Sometimes this happens in puppies and kittens.I had a kitten like that once.She was the smallest,and while the other kittens were running around,she was just sort of crawling.Her little back legs splayed outwards.I started holding her under her belly and letting her swim in warm water for about 5 minutes a couple of times a day,and after several weeks,she could walk just as well as the other kittens.You could try this until you take the pups to the vet for their first shots and worming.The vet will check the puppy over and tell you what is wrong,if anything is.Good luck.
