What do you want, that's the natural color of the teeth. Having a white teeth is souped up by the tooth paste and other dental supplier to make money.

Teeth is bone and bone is off-white. If you smoke, the teeth becomes even more yellow and so if you smoke, STOP SMOKING.

Dentist have a filler for the enamels which can match your teeth so make an appointment and the Dentist can fill the space for the enamel with the epoxy/cement, etc.

-Good luck

Make your own paste from baking soda
Keep a small box in the bathroom.
Rinse with plain water first, for several seconds, to moisten your mouth in the morning.
Dampen your toothbrush in water, dip it in the box of soda and it will come out with a huge clump of soda on it.
Put the brush in your mouth, let the soda dissolve a little bit on the brush (you'll feel it happening) before you start to brush.
Then, brusha-brusha-brusha!
Follow with a whitening toothpaste and mouthwash.
At night, paint your teeth with a night-time whitener after you brush and gargle with mouthwash.
Try Trident White chewing gum -- all day, every day!--
You can rinse with peroxide (full strength, but in very small amounts) instead of a brand of mouthwash, but there is some evidence that peroxide causes atypical cellular changes in the oral mucosa that can lead to cancer in certain individuals.
I use it, but you may choose not to.
Baking soda & peroxide have kept my teeth looking way good, even tho I smoke over a pack a day. People ask me all the time about why my teeth are so white, and I havent been to a dentist in over 15 years.
Good Luck!

Either talk to the dentist or get a suntan.

A few years ago (about 10) I whitened my teeth, and whitened them, and whitened them and never was happy with them, I always thought they were yellow.

Now I have several teeth, roughly 8, that the gums have receeded on from all of the whitening. Roots are exposed and it's painful to eat or drink.

Before you whiten any more, get the opinions of other people, you may find out your teeth aren't as yellow as you think. You are your own worst critic.

Tanning also seems to help (only if you're white I suppose, guess I'm assuming here) because as your skin tone darkens, the contrast between your skin and teeth increases, making your teeth SEEM whiter. Works for me.

i do your storys spooky. When i was younger i was at my friends farm and i saw a man walking up the road to the house . I turned round to tell her and when she looked he was gone. He was no where to be seen and he couldn't have went across the feilds because they were still visable. The other week i was in bed and the only one awake in the house. I had my door shut and my light on because i was reading and had turned over so my back was to the door and when i had turned round again the door was open. I can normally hear someone appoaching my room but this time there was no noise and as i said everyone was sleeping. I also believe it because my aunt knew my great gran was in the her house until the day she moved out because my big cousin as a baby kept seeing someone and when asked to describe it he described my great gran perfectly. Another story is when my parents where clearing my great aunts house after her death everytime they tried to lift something important the fire alarm went off after it had been switched off and she also gave my mum a badge and one of the jewals fell off when my mum was working and having not had the coat where anyone else was the jewal ended up back in the pocket. I have a few more stories so i'll stop there

porcelain veneers.
I use a peroxide pre-brushing rinse, that has whitened mine up a lot, I get targets version of the rinse (it's the same as the name brands, but half the price.) Just rinse with it (dont swallow it) before regular brushing. after a few weeks you will notice the differenc. Cut back on the acids, tho, maybe, they could be eroding the enamel on your teeth.

WOW, swanngranny you musty be the picture of dental health!
Baking soda & peroxide must be a wonder drug. Too bad the ADA doesn't recognize it for its amazing powers.
