flat stomach? What exercises can I do to get a flat, strong stomach. I already know about leg lifts and sit-ups. Thanks! ♥

Alternating leg lifts - one leg six inches off the ground...the other at 90 degrees and just begin alternating them back and forth for a while...keep hands in the small of your back

Six Nineties - both legs at six inches...then move them to ninety degrees...while at six inches hold it there for a good 10 seconds...move back and forth as long as possible...hands in the small of back

Obliques - on your back, legs up at ninety degrees, arms extended out perpindicular to your body palms down...move legs to the left and right (slowly) keeping your legs straight

Supermans - you will need a medicine ball for this...get in the push-up position with hands on the ball...roll it out as far as you can go and then roll back without letting knees hit the ground

There are many others you can also do that are little tougher to explain by typing...just google "ab workout" and you should get a whole lot more

Unfortunately the actual appearance of your stomach (after the fatty obstruction is removed) is primarily determined by genetics. Avoid any weighted abdominal machines since abdominal muscles have the tendency to bulk up quicker than other muscles. Sit-ups and leg lifts are both inefficient and they can injure to your spine. Try crunches and leg lifts hanging from a bar or supported on a dip station.

sit ups etc wont help you get a flat stomach because all they do is build muscle - they do not burn any fat.
all you need to do is cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min - those are running, jogging, swimming, elliptical, cycling, hiking, rope jumping etc - switch them up and keep your body guessing.

great to hear that you know leg lifts and sit-ups help.
i suggest go swimming. it does not only help you to build a pretty stomach, it also help to strengthen all your body.

Stop eating meat. The hormones and steroids in meat will cause you to put on unnatural looking weight. Watch the video "meet your meat" on youtube. Excercises wont do anything. Question the quality of food you are eating.

I do got the answer, but I prefer a little speed bump on the runway. Don't over do it, It can be harmful.

use holly's workout on demand. go to ondemand (channel 1) then go to fitness adn sports then exercise tv then girls next door then holly's workout.
