Invest 50% of it, 25% in something safe like bonds or mutual funds, 25% in something more high-risk, like real estate or stocks.

Save 40% of it. Just put it in the bank, or several banks, for a rainy day.

Use the last 10% on things I want. Specifically, a better apartment, a nicer computer, maybe a couple vacations. Oh, and if any is left over, fund my poker bankroll (I love poker).

1. Pay off any debt's I have.

2. Build my Dome Home along with a well and a windmill so I can be energy efficient.

3. Buy a new car. Preferably one of those hybrids.

Go to the Mayo Clinic for a complete physical, treat my wife to her dream trip to Hawaii, invest and live off of the interest.

500k on a very nice flat
50 k on new sports car
and the rest just keep in the bank untill i really needed it

After I got checked out of the hospital (for the heart attack winning gave me) I would:

1) Change my phone number
2) Quit my job
3) Pack up my daughter and hubby and move somewhere I could fish every day.
