I agree with Chase, about 4-5 years depending on what you feed them, if they are male or female, and if they are free range or coop kept.

On average they live about 5 years, but some only live or a couple of years and some can live up to 8 years.

Depending on the breed, anywhere from 5-10 or even 12 years. It also depends on the conditions that they live in, the quality of the food they eat, the environment, the climate.

on average they live abut 6-7 years, depend on where they live. If they have lil chicks i think they live a few years more.

A test you can do is boil the egg put it on for 3 mins if the yolk is hard you go a very safe healthy lil chickeo

Runny= not so healthy.
