re-install the sound driver, itll be on one of the software/hardware discs the computer came with

oo..that is a bummer.my dad had to take my to the shop cuz my sound would not work on my laptop..it cost 400$ and they also whiped out all my viruses

easyest way to update the driver is to goto my computer,goto hardware tab-then to device manager-then to the sound driver-right click it and update.
