Place a drop of olive oil on each cuticle and rub until oil is well-blended into cuticle.

Do this every night before you go to bed and you should notice a difference in about a week.

Sally Hansen makes a very good cuticle oil that you can brush on and massage into your cuticles. It will help your nails also.
