We are both very flexible and open minded with our beliefs but want to find a denomination we can share together. It's not the label we are concerned about it's having a place to worship.

My suggestion is to do as I did. Check out the church of Christ. They have free correspondence courses and they also have them one on one.
They are VERY scriptural in their teachings. I have studied the different denominations and find that the church of Christ is the only one that puts the oracles of God over the traditions of man.
They have "fed me spiritually" since 1974 and am very content knowing that what I am being "fed" comes straight from the oracles of GOD.
Here is some sites that you can go to and "check them out".
:o)

HAPPY searching.

I grew up Lutheran and see some value there but you should explore Unitarianisim if you want a truly open religion that worships the one God without all the frills.

Why not skip it and go to a library?
