My folks passed away 5 weeks to the day apart.
It was during the Holidays 4 1/2 years ago.

I think I by-passed a few of those.

Denial was first, then off to a little bit of depression and then acceptance.

I'm still very sad they're gone and I miss them very much and think of them every day.

I had some friends on here that really helped pull me thru.

I'm very thankful for all of my friends I've met online, in chat and in YA.

I cherish each and every one. ♥

I have lost many loved ones. I am sure that I have experienced all the stages. I do not remember doing much bargaining, I have always had faith in God and His wisdom. I haven't always liked it though. I guess as I have gotten older my ability to accept His will has come easier to me.

Yes, I have also found that I have gone through these stages in a smaller but similar way when I have faced major life changes, such as divorce or loss of a job.
