Usually on my lunch break I go out to eat somewhere(Carls Jr, round table pizza, jack in the box, lancers, BJ's, subway...which is the healthiest of them all) but I am trying to lose weight and I want to stop eating out so much. I am going to start bringing my lunch 3 days a week but I need some ideas so I don't get tired of eating the same thing every week. I will bring different kinds of sandwiches like turkey and tuna and bring yogurt covered pretzels and maybe an apple or something but what else can I do? I want filling but not extremely fattening, I want to feel satisfied after I eat, not like I ate 2 crackers...I want nutritious food that tastes good. Help me out people, thanks!

Fruit is definitely the best choice, Apples, oranges, grapes, whatever you like. Veggies too. you can snack on those throughout the entire day. Sandwiches are a good idea. Also granola bars and keep the water flowing.
