Ok. I really like my friend that ive known for 9 months and i wanna ask her out, but 2 problems. if she doesnt wanna go out wit me, then i might have ruined our friendship and she likes somone else. (at least that is wat she said) some one told me to wait until she doesnt like the other guy anymore. wat should i do???

well if she just said that she likes someone it might be u, unless she actually said who. well telling someone u like them doesnt always ruin the relationship unless the 2 of u let it. i think u should tell her, and also tell her that if she doesnt that its ok bcuz u love being her friend.

I had the same problem. But take that 9 months and turn it into 3 years!! We just now started to date. But, it was soo worth it dude! Just wait a little bit longer. She had a girlfriend for about the same time I liked her. I'm not saying that you will have the same problem I had but it will be worth it either way. Just wait.

you should start off by first telling her you value her friendship and you have something important to tell her but you hope that even after you tell her how you feel things won't be awkward between the two of you. she should understand and if she were your friend then no need to worry about her avoiding you because what kind of friend would she be if she blocked you out right? okay well hope things work out.

If she already likes someone else - then letting her know how you feel WILL destroy the friendship!!!
She's already with someone - be happy for her, and maybe ask her after she dumps this guy. But not RIGHT away - that's just creepy ;);)

Tell her that you're interested in something more, but you're fine if she still wants to be friends. Make it casual, that way it will be easier to be friends later. You also should tell her your feelings.
