my question is that i am sitting on my computer andall of of sudden the side of my neck feels like its jumping like when your top of you eyelids feels like is fluttering or jumping it feels like it my nerves or something... can someone tell me what is it its freaking me out!!!!!!!!

it's a muscle twitch, caused by holding your head in one position looking at the computer too long. You should stop every two hours when at the computer and move your head about.

There is a big muscle on both sides of your neck called sternocleidomastoid. That's probably twitching. It's twitching because it's not getting any movement and as a result not enough oxygen. Or there are blood vessels carrying and bringing blood to your heart. So if you heart is beating fast either because your dehydrated, smoked pot, smoked cigs, or just got scared then your heart is beating faster and faster meaning more blood is going everywhere and it might your heart beat that you feel just like you can feel your heart beat in your wrists.
