How about if you only have carry on luggage only? Does that mean you can bypass all of the check points? I heard that you can.

they put it through x-ray and search if they see something.. or if the airline "randomly" selected you for secondary screening...

With carry-on luggage only, the only check-point you'll be able to bypass is where you have your checked luggage tagged. You will still have to go through security and they will still x-ray your carry-on bag. If there's anything in there that they don't like, they'll go through your bag and remove the items. If there's anything you think could be confiscated, I'd put it through checked luggage.

To get on a plane you have to go through a security check point. When you go through the check everything you're carrying is put through an xray machine. if they see anything they don't understand or don't like they will make you step to the side, open your briefcase, purse, etc., take everything out for them to search by hand. Some airports also have drug sniffing dogs at the security check points.

They are going to x-ray your carry-on bag. If they find something they don't like, they will probably open it up and search through it. There is NO WAY that you are going to be able to bypass any of the security checkpoints...especially with recent events in Britain.

Carry-ons are generally checked more thoroughly than the baggage you leave at the counter.

one greater difficulty. once you %. up your suitcase, make effective this is yours. I continuously try this by making use of establishing the zipper somewhat and checking in spite of if it rather is my stuff interior. as quickly as, it wasn't my stuff. somebody on my flight had precisely an identical suitcase as me. Oops - that became one bag I positioned back on the carousel at as quickly as ;-)
