My chest has been burning. what could it be?

its in my upper back area.i took tums and nothing then I took zantac & it hasnt helped.

burning in your upper back? or your upper chest? the two are different, one could be indigestion, the other can't be indigestion.

it's probably GERD gastroesophageal reflux and there is not a quick fix- try taking Zantac twice a day for a week and see if your symptoms get better, if not see a MD
