Shannon & Lewis, does anyone know where she can get chinese / japanese translations to see how they would look please? she cant decide on either the chinese writing or old English

Is this question hard to understand? the last couple of answers are I think assuming my daughter wants her children tattooed!!!! NO SHE WANTS TO HAVE THEIR NAMES ON HER OWN WRISTS!! lol 'scuse the shouting

The tattoo artist may know how to translate the names for her, but be careful or she may end up with anything written on her wrist. I have what i thought was chinese writing on my lowere back (the symbol for husband, twins and son) but was told by a chinese guy in a restaurant in gran Canaria last year that it is Japanese writing not Chinese. He didnt know what my smbols meant so they could mean anything?

I agree with those against! You might aswell get 'Balls' translated and tattoed on your wrist, it won't make a difference. I'd go to dafont.com, pick a nice font, like a script or something, print it and go to a tattoo parlor. It would look a hell of lot better and you could read it!!!!!! :)

That's a terrible idea. What if one of them dies? Then you'll be stuck with that stupid tattoo. Plus, Shannon and Lewis?? What terrible names to tattoo on your body. And why chinese/japanese translations? So no one knows what her kids' names are, defeating the whole point of the tattoo.

That's interesting, some time ago I tattooed my ex wife's name and face on the bottom of my foot..

You could go into a tattoo parlor and they could do a stencil of both and she could decide there.

Maybe over your heart. You could get a design, for example a heart or flowers, and incorporate the two names into it somehow.

Google has a site where u can download english to chinese so u can use it for the names

if she doesnt speak or write chinese or jap then dont do it .. it is stupid and she will probly not have the right think on her wrist just do it in english
