I have a female friend that Id do almost anything for (not bf/gf kinda thing) and she went to a fall out boy concert...she had her picture taken and it came out kinda blurry...is there something that could fix it...even just a tad bit?

It depends on what kind of blur. Unsharp mask or other sharpening filters can help to make the image look more crisp, if, for instance it is slightly out of focus, or the lens wasn't that sharp in the first place. But motion blur can not be fixed.

Get a computer software program that lets you edit and fix pictures. I would recommend Microsoft Image Suite 10 only because I have it and it has each and every thing that you would possibly imagine! It has a sharpening tool that you can fix up blurry photos also. You can change the colors, add text, add a border, brighten, take away shadows, 100+ filters (make the pic look as if it was sketched, painted, watercolored, etc.)

Adobe Photoshop has a filter called "unsharp mask" which does a bit of un-blurring. Try going to Kinko's when they're not busy and ask one of the guys to do a quick sharpen job for 5 bucks.

well i sharpen the picture , so scan the pic, an download any type of photo editing kinda thing , u can just download any, an then sharpen it, it will make the picture look more clear, but not all the way clear
