I will be going to the race in September, we will be arriving late Friday before the race. Will we be able to find a spot? Can we put up tents there?

If it is anything at all like the Texas race, you better get there way early. We used to get to the campground on Friday , and it would be a little tight. Now we get there Thursday and it is almost impossible to get an area. I would suggest Wednesday at the absolute latest.

no tents on speedway property. but there are camper lots around the speedway area. if you ordered tickets from the speedway they will send you a book with all the info you need. i'm looking for a hotel in the area , maybe you can put me and my friends up for the night.
