I would just say XYZ and if he doesn't get it make a motion like zipping pants and he should get it then. I don't know what it means but people say it , the whole XYZ thing.

its not a good manner to tell him that,thats his personal bussiness and u cannot sue him for that.
Try finding people who dont like it instead,and see what you can do as collective,because its for sure u cannot do anything by urself about it but to embarrass urself instead by talking to sutch person,he is not a little kid any more to listen to what u say
If he would like to have pants zipped,trust me he would do it.Somwhere deep in his mind he is aware of his unzipped pants,he just doesnt want to express it and zip it off cuz hes laizy

I've noticed your pants are unzipped = I've been looking at your crotch on more then one occasion. haha

I think it would be best if someone mentioned this to the boss as soon as possible instead of the staff snickering behind his back. I'm sure he will appreciate it.

If you dont feel comfprtable ask a male coworker to say something. If you are ok with it Just say "mr smith your fly is open" look away and go about your business.
if you think this guy is doing it intentionally have a male coworker say something.

Absolutely! Just take him off to the side where no one else can hear, and preferably see, and say, very briefly, that you wanted to let him know his pants are unzipped. That simple!

Definitely tell him when you two are alone and then tell that you forgot earlier, too, and then laugh. Just say anything that will lighten the mood and not embarrass him.

As you talking just casually whisper to him. "sir,(or w/e you call him) you zipper is down." thats all. he will recognize that as a little favor and a seagull wont get him. Problem solved.Good Luck!
