A bully? More like a punk. For some reason, he seems to believe he's owed more space on the track than anyone else. He doesn't make mistakes, everyone else does. He doesn't have to check up, but everyone else does. He never causes wrecks, everyone else does. One of these days, he's gonna call somebody out when there's nobody to get between them and he's gonna lose some teeth. It was nice to see Home Depot stepping up and telling his antics weren't what they were looking for in their driver. He seems to think that by acting the fool, he's bringing excitement back to NASCAR. I'll be happy to see him finally decide to hang it up, like he whined about doing earlier this season.

I wouldn't call it "bully" unless you consider Dale Sr. as a bully.

I would consider it passion for winning. Some drivers are more passionate than others. I'm not a "3" fan but there were many folks that didn't care to see him in there mirror because he wasn't necessarily a give-n-take driver (hence Intimidator). He did many things that you would never see Mark Martin do in order to win a race.

Tony might not think twice before voicing his thoughts but you have to respect someone that says what he thinks (good or bad). Most things that get blown up in the media are how the drivers answer questions within 15-20 minutes after a crash or the checkered flag. I bet 95% of the drivers would answer the questions differently if they had an hour to calm down from the rush of doing 180+ mph for a few hours. However that isn't good drama and it seems the world lives for "Drama".

I agree with what someone said. A punk more than anything. I would love to see someone straighten out Tony just once, but I think everyone knows that if Tony does something to a driver, and the driver retaliates in any fashion, they are gonna get their *** suspended, regardless of who is in the right or wrong.

The one thing he does need to do for sure is stop talking about safety. Seems like every time he goes on a rant about safety, he does something stupid that could get someone hurt/killed out on the race track (Matt Kenesth at Daytona a few years back comes to mind). Hes just a friggin hypocrate too.

There is such thing as agressive driving, as Dale Earnhardt had perfected that. He didnt do anything stupid in the middle of the race that could end up costing him, if he was gonna do anything, it would be toward the end of the race, when the pressure was on. Then there is stupid driving. If Tony was some no-talent hack, he would of been laughed out of NASCAR a long time ago with his antics.

If you are Mr. know it all, why do you ask questions if you already know the answer...just kiddin

as to answer your question, wouldn't you want to be agressive and win so you dont have to hear crybaby gordon give a speech at the end of the race if he win? Tony is not a bully, just a good defensive, and controversial, driver

Yes, he races people dirty, and then whenever that comes back to bite him in the butt, he acts like it's the other persons fault. But I have noticed that most Champions are like that though. Look at Gordon, he whines and cries on a daily basis about how people race him. then there's Jimmy Johnson who wrecks his own teammate (Mears) and then blames it one Mears. Rusty Wallace is another good example of stupidity and biased ideas, he called out Kyle Busch early in Kyle's career and said that someone should kick his @ss for being so aggressive, then we have his own son, little Steve Wallace wrecking people on a WEEKLY basis in the Busch series. Just go to Yahoo's NASCAR page and check out Steve's pictures, every single one of them are of his wrecks!

Sr. was a bigger bully but no one complains because he's an Earnhardt.

i don't know if bully is the right word. i agree with an earlier comment that punk is more befitting. he always complains the loudest whenever somebody bumps him. starts yacking about safety this and danger that. but he seems to have no qualms about knocking someone else out of his way.
