no they dont, i dont have any proof, but i was in brooklyn 2 days ago and there was light out till about 8, and i was in albany yesterday and it was light till 8, and now im in vermont and theres light out till 8 , lol its 10 now. Hope that help.

Up here a typical summer day averages to about 12-13 hours of sunlight, but now we are starting to go down in the amount of time, i believe a minute every day.
