If "before", then what happened to Satan wasn't really his fault. Further, it means God created evil, which means he isn't all-loving.

If "after", then God didn't create everything.

It's a fact; evil was created in the mid 1800's as a byproduct of country music. Due to poor dumping practices at that time the evil seeped into the drinking water and spread throughout the world in a matter of months.

How do you summise that if after then God didn't create everything... However most of us assume that Satan was cast out of Heaven before God created Earth, but God also created the Angels, so God did create evil because he gave the angels free will and they chose to enact it in an uprising against God which had them knocked out of heaven...

God created everything, no power or authority exists that God did not allow Romans 13

This is a great question; Scripture is silent as to whether or not Hell existed at the time Satan fell from grace. Primarily, there are two passages that show the uncertainty of this: 1) During His "Olivet Discourse," Jesus stated at Matthew 25:14b that the living who are still unsaved at the time of His Second Coming will hear Him say " ...‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels ..." So while Satan and his angels are not in Hell at this time, we know a place was prepared for them at some point. This doesn't clarify whether Hell was prepared before or after the Fall, however. 2) Isaiah 14:13-15 tells us that Sheol (Hell) will be Satan's ultimate destination; however, it is not explained whether Hell pre-existed him.

God created an angel called Lucifer , who was one of God's highest angels in heaven. God gave Lucifer great powers and strength. Lucifer started to crave the attention of the angels he was in charge of. Lucifer started to have a following and felt high and mighty. Lucifer started to have these angels worship him and felt He was as powerful if not more than God.Lucifer step-ed outside the boundaries of what God instructed him to do and be. God saw Lucifer's jealousy and arrogance and kicked him out of Heaven. Lucifer made a choice just as Adam and Eve did. You
can not blame God for the choices of Lucifer or man. Lucifer and man condemns himself by their choices to not do that which is good by the Lord's word that does not change.

Evil and good are eternally existent, just as God is. You're right, he did not create everything... he just organised it all (within this "universe" of light). All matter (and intelligence) is eternal. God organised it and "created" you and me and the "universe" of light and order in which we dwell.

I think "outer darkness" where Satan will go, is just an eternally existent place which does not conform to the organisation of this universe...

For free will to exist, there has to be something "other" than God's way. He didn't create the evil... but he didn't fight its existence, either. He allows us to choose darkness or light, according to our own desires.

First off Lucifer is not in Hell. Satan is a spirit among us. No one is in Hell right now. The dead people who are going to Hell are in the same place that the righteous people are; in their graves. Evil developed in Lucifer by way of jealousy. He was jealous of Jesus and wanted to take his position. Therefore he incited one third of the angels to go against God by putting anti-God thoughts in their brains, as he does to humans now. Evil is not a creation. It is a thought that can be acted out. This is what Lucifer did. God couldn't just blot that thought out of Lucifer because, like humans, he gives everyone the freedom to serve whoever they want to serve. God does not force us to worship him. It is our choice

Clearly before:

"I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things." (Isaiah 45:7, KJV)

So, it is GOD, not Satan, who creates evil. Your assertion is correct: God is NOT all-good or all-loving. He just has *really* good PR men.

Evil is a result of mans rebellion against God. Evil is the result of man twisting that which God made. It is not a desire of God for evil to be in the world.

evil existed because satan decided to turn from God... it was Satan's fault. the only part God played in it was creating beings with free will
