I didn't know what MILF was until Tori Amos used it on her new album. Personally, I think it's a sexist term. It implies that mothers are generally un-f***able but there are a precious few who are good looking enough to warrant the sexual attention of men. That's just reinforcing the whole Madonna-whore complex. Men need to be conscious about the fact that they have a difficult time, in general, having sexual feelings about a woman who is a mother. Just because we're mothers doesn't mean we cease being sexual! So... I say that if someone says that in front of you, as her husband and the father of a little girl, you should say, "ExCUSE me?" It's offensive and rude to say in the first place, but especially in front of the person who is clearly her husband.

Wow that's hard! Hmmm. Well, there was this one poem I read a long time ago and I can relate to it now. Probably not as common as a lot of guys wish. Milf stands for Moms I'd Like to F*&$!. I would take it as a compliment.

If your wife looks good then yes it's common. I hear people say that about me too. I'm 23 with 2 kids no marks or no fat. So I give it up for your wife for still looking good after she had a child. She is a mother I like 2 Fu**.
