I believe you should talk to him about it & maybe you both could make an agreement about something? or maybe you could buy an alarm clock that way he could wake up himself so he doesn't get so upset? Well,Hope I helped!

Quit taking the time to wake him up. HE is a grown man have him set an alarm clock.
You would lose your temper also if you had to work 3 jobs.

Maybe it's due to his being too much workaholic and he lacks the rest that he needs for his body that's why he's having a bad temper. He can't relaxed that much that his body needs and when he needs to go to work he's having a bad temper. Talk to him that he shouldn't get mad or have a bad temper because he wanted his life to be that way and he can't have enough time to rest and he'll show his bad temper to you which not your fault. If he's always like that better tell him to reduce his work load so that he won't get a mad mood due to his irregular sleeping habits.

He's obviously stressed, and not getting enough sleep. Buy him his own alarm clock. When he sleeps through it a couple of times, gently offer to knock on his door and wake him with the understanding that he is not allowed to bite your head off if you do!!

Ask him to leave you a note as to what time he'd like to be awakened.
Or, buy him an alarm clock, and let him get himself up.

If you're waking him up to go to work, then stop it. He's a big boy, he can get himself up for work. If you're waking him up just to chat, then STOP IT. Dang... let the boy get some sleep.
