I am on weight watchers but I want to change it a little. I want to change the part where you eat what you want but count points to I make wiser choices and still count points. I have had alot of sucsess with weight watchers (I went from 153-131 and I am 5'3) but now I want to start eating healthier.
Any idea's as far as meal choices????

I already eat lots of fruit and veggies.
I sometimes eat 98% fat free hot dogs on wheat or tuna sandwich with light mayo-on wheat or beanie weenies with ff hot dog.

Any other ideas??? I try to eat chicken but I am not big on it. I actually kinda hate it. I already buy the lean burgers... what else? about to go grocery shopping.

cut out mayo all together. mustard (at least to me) is much tastier and lots better for you. ketchup is the same, although it's got a lot of sugar in it.

MMmmmmmm yummm...know what I made for supper tonight? Soft taco's. I bought whole wheat flat bread (they probably have WW flat bread too), spread refried beans on it, used lean ground beef and made a taco sauce with carrots and onions (chopped in the hand processer), then added fat free sour cream and a pinch of shredded cheese on top. Then I folded it up like a taco and ate two of them :o)

Total points? 10 I think. But you can reduce it if you find WW flat bread and get the fat free refried beans and use low fat shredded cheese.

whole wheat pasta sauteed with olive oil, broccoli, and spinach.
almonds are VERY good for you.
egg whites are a great breakfast.
veggie burgers are pretty good on a toasted wheat bun.
