i thought it was st francis of assisi
adopted by the AA
but wiki says
The Serenity Prayer is the common name for an originally untitled prayer written by the theologian Reinhold Niebuhr in the 1930s or early 1940s.

You really should learn about this cool website called "Google". You enter a term to use for search, and this site will bring back relevant results! For example, I just pasted the prayer into "Google", and the first search result was this!

It is called the Serenity Prayer.
