i can't help you with your hang spring or back tuck (i'm trying for those too) but for the splits what i did.. was i would go as far as possible and then i would lean forward onto my front leg and that pushed me a little farther... (it took me a year though)... scorpion- you need to have a flexible back... that's all it is... practice a bridge or standing and arching your back like your about to get into a bridge and then try a scorpion on the floor... it's easier... hope that helped some :)

Splits:
Go down as far as you can, until it hurts a little. Hold for 15 sec. Stand up and repeat about 4 more times. You'll see improvement each day.

Scorpions:
to get a great scorpion you need to mainly focus on your back's flexibility. If you cannot do a back-bend, then you won't be able to do a scorpion. After doing about 3 back bends, attempt your scorpion. Pull your foot and leg up as high as you can. If you cannot even pull your foot less than 4 inches from your head, work on your leg's flexibility.

Back tucks and backhandsprings should be done under the supervision of a trained instructor. Go to your nearest cheerleading facility for help.

Good luck

Pretty scorpion = backbends, backbends, and more backbends! Do bridges and gradually walk your hands closer to your feet. This is easier if you are next to a wall for stability....Once you are in a split arc your back and bring your bach foot up to touch the back of your head and rotate your body in all different angles. The more flexible ALL of your body is the easier it is to do these skills well...

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
