Unfortunately, it sounds like you're stuck with a hardcore religious fanatic as a mom - so there is no way that Church can be avoided without causing problems...

TRY to work out a compromise - but be aware that getting out of church altogether is probably out of the question ;);)

There is really not enough info to give you a real good answer however I can tell you that most times (even though it might take you 10 years to realize that I am right ) mothers are only trying to do whats best for you and it is never a good idea to go behind her back. It may take a while but eventually you will get caught which will break the trust and you really do not want to break it. Keep talking to your mother and try to make her understand your side and really try to listen not just hear to her views on it.

don't do it behind your mother's back because if she finds out it might cause a rift. which i presume you do not want to happen. but do not give up either. i suggest you speak to your mom (maybe somebody should act as a mediator if things escalates) let her know why you love being in the team and meet her halfway. maybe you can go to church before your training if that is possible or after.
goodluck

Turtles are a lot of paintings. they must have a tank with water. you will finally end up spending a lot of money on a suitable turtle habitat. i do no longer propose this puppy for anybody below the age or 17-18. I easily have had mine because of the fact i became into 15, yet i comprehend a thank you to preserve them. you are going to need an aquarium, filters, nutrition, rocks, flowers, decorations, mild, heater, basking pad, and an excellent section far off from direct solar mild on your turtle. i think of you would be extra suitable off with a goldfish.

ok here is what you do step 1)ask your mom if you can be on the team step 2) tell her you can go to church but see if there is something for your age group so you can make friends step 3) if your mom says no then you just go with the flow and she may end up letting you step 4) what ever happens happen

Your Mom is trying to give you the best upbringing that she can. Nothing wrong with that.
Why can't you go to church AND your team stuff?
Going behind your Mother's back is only going to cause you lots of trouble. Don't do that.

Just give in and go to church. Then she'll agree to let you play. You both get what you want.
She's just trying to instill some good values.

Why not compromise...and why has your "team" become more important than your relationship with God?

Friends come and go like the wind...but God has your back forever.

Get priorities straight...FAMILY and your relationship with God comes # 1...friends, being popular, hanging with the crowd is all secondary.

Just go to the damn church, then she will let you be on the team. It is a give and take world, you haven't learned that yet?
