What is God's relation to us?
What are God's physical attributes?
What is God's nature, personality and temperament?

Please don't give vague fluffy answers like "He's everywhere and nowhere" or "He's big enough to fill the universe but small enough to dwell in your heart." Also, if you don't believe in God this question doesn't apply to you. Find one that does.

God is our father in heaven, we are his children and we lived with him before we were born in this earth.
God has a physical body and he looks just like us in form because we were created according to his image. Although he has a physical body, his is perfect and incorruptible (immortal).
Although God is God, he is capable of loving as he has shown when he sacrificed his son to save us from death and sin. He is also capable of anger as evidenced by all the wars and floods and catastrophies told in the bible when his children were so wicked that they need to be punished. But all his actions are based on the principles of righteousness, which sometimes is beyond our understanding.

First of all these type of questions never have one answer. The human race as a whole has never come to a unanimous decision(So there for a lot of us get stuck askng those pesky questions on own). It all depends in what you believe in. Since we will never know for sure(in this life)if he is real, what's he like, what he looks like or any of that stuff. We believe in what we want to believe. Now to answer your questions(directly).

Question1)"What is God's relation to us?"
To some he is a father, healer, savior, messiah, creator, leader, judge, etc (or just someone to question or blame).

Question2)"What are God's physical attributes?"
For all we know he can be anything. If you look all through out history we people have made him out different to go with our ideas of how he should be.

Question3)"What is God's nature, personality and temperment?"
This also is viewed differently by everyone to some he is kind, loving, and forgiving. And to others he is cruel, judge mental, and cold hearted.

Basically, what "God" is to you is your choice.

And just to let you know when you ask questions like these to anyone, prepare for anything. So don't be surprised if people give you mocking, preaching, or just plain stupid answers. Now don't dwell on questions too much because they will drive any analytical person insane(Trust me I know).

God is our father...because in the beginning He created man in His image and likeness...
His physical attributes are that of Jesus Christ...seeing they are One in the same...
His nature, personality, and temperament? He's compassionate, loving, forgiving, gracious, merciful, patient, humble, meek...these are just a few. I must add, though, that He is a jealous God, so make sure to put Him first, or He could get upset;)

Let's start by understanding that God is our Creator and that we are a part of His creation (Genesis 1:1 Psalm 24:1). God said that man is created in His image. Man is above the rest of creation and was given dominion over it (Genesis 1:26-28). Creation is marred by the 'fall' but still offers a glimpse of His works (Genesis 3:17-18; Romans 1:19-20). By considering creation's vastness, complexity, beauty, and order we can have a sense of the awesomeness of God.

Reading through some of the names of God can be helpful in our search of what God is like. They are as follows:

Elohim - strong One, divine (Genesis 1:1)
Adonai - Lord, indicating a Master to servant relationship (Exodus 4:10,13)
El Elyon - Most High, the strongest One (Genesis 14:20)
El Roi - the strong One who sees (Genesis 16:13)
El Shaddai - Almighty God (Genesis 17:1)
El Olam - everlasting God (Isaiah 40:28)
Yahweh - LORD "I Am", meaning the eternal self-existent God (Exodus 3:13,14).

We will now continue by examining more of God's attributes; God is eternal, meaning He had no beginning and that His existence will never end. He is immortal, infinite (Deuteronomy 33:27; Psalm 90:2; 1 Timothy 1:17). God is immutable, meaning He is unchangeable; this means that God is absolutely reliable and trustworthy (Malachi 3:6; Numbers 23:19; Psalm 102:26,27). God is incomparable, meaning there is no one like Him in works or being; He is unequaled and perfect (2 Samuel 7:22; Psalm 86:8; Isaiah 40:25; Matthew 5:48). God is inscrutable, meaning He is unfathomable, unsearchable, past finding out in entirely understanding Him (Isaiah 40:28; Psalm 145:3; Romans 11:33,34).

God is just, meaning He is no respecter of persons in the sense of showing favoritism (Deuteronomy 32:4; Psalm 18:30). God is omnipotent, meaning He is all-powerful; He can do anything that pleases Him, but His actions will always be in accord with the rest of His character (Revelation 19:6; Jeremiah 32:17,27). God is omnipresent, meaning He is ever-present, everywhere; this does not mean that God is everything (Psalm 139:7-13; Jeremiah 23:23). God is omniscient, meaning He knows the past, present, and future, even what we are thinking at any given moment; since He knows everything His justice will always be administered fairly (Psalm 139:1-5; Proverbs 5:21).

God is one, meaning not only that there is no other, but also that He is alone in being able to meet the deepest needs and longings of our hearts, and He alone is worthy of our worship and devotion (Deuteronomy 6:4). God is righteous, meaning that God cannot and will not pass over wrongdoing; it is because of His righteousness and justice that in order for our sins to be forgiven, Jesus had to experience God's judgment when our sins were placed upon Him (Exodus 9:27; Matthew 27:45-46; Romans 3:21-26).

God is sovereign, meaning He is supreme; all of His creation put together, whether knowingly or unknowingly, cannot thwart His purposes (Psalm 93:1; 95:3; Jeremiah 23:20). God is spirit, meaning He is invisible (John 1:18; 4:24). God is a Trinity, meaning He is three in one, same in substance, equal in power and glory. Notice that in the first Scripture passage cited that 'name' is singular even though it refers to three distinct Persons- “Father, Son, Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19; Mark 1:9-11). God is truth, meaning that He is in agreement with all that He is, He will remain incorruptible and cannot lie (Psalm 117:2; 1 Samuel 15:29).

God is holy, meaning that He is separated from all moral defilement and is hostile toward it. God sees all evil and it angers Him; fire is usually mentioned in scripture along with holiness. God is referred to as a consuming fire (Isaiah 6:3; Habakkuk 1:13; Exodus 3:2,4,5; Hebrews 12:29). God is gracious - this would include His goodness, kindness, mercy, and love - which are words that give shades of meaning to His goodness. If it were not for God's grace it would seem that the rest of His attributes would exclude us from Him. Thankfully this is not the case, for He desires to know each of us personally (Exodus 34:6; Psalm 31:19; 1 Peter 1:3; John 3:16; John 17:3).

This has been only a modest attempt to answer a God-sized question. Please be greatly encouraged to continue seeking after Him (Jeremiah 29:13).

1)
Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead. How is that? Because He conforms in exact detail to descriptions of the Supreme Being, the Godhead. In other words, Krishna is the Godhead because He is all-attractive. Outside the principle of all-attraction, there is no meaning to the word “Godhead.” How is it one can be all-attractive? First of all, if one is very wealthy, if he has great riches, he becomes attractive to the people in general. Similarly, if someone is very powerful, he also becomes attractive, and if someone is very famous, he also becomes attractive, and if someone is very beautiful or wise or unattached to all kinds of possessions, he also becomes attractive. So from practical experience we can observe that one is attractive due to (1) wealth, (2) power, (3) fame, (4) beauty, (5) wisdom and (6) renunciation. One who is in possession of all six of these opulences at the same time, who possesses them to an unlimited degree, is understood to be the Supreme Personality of Godhead. These opulences of the Godhead are delineated by Paräçara Muni, a great Vedic authority.
We have seen many rich persons, many powerful persons, many famous persons, many beautiful persons, many learned and scholarly persons, and persons in the renounced order of life unattached to material possessions. But we have never seen any one person who is unlimitedly and simultaneously wealthy, powerful, famous, beautiful, wise and unattached, like Krishna, in the history of humanity. Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, is a historical person who appeared on this earth 5,000 years ago. He stayed on this earth for 125 years and played exactly like a human being, but His activities were unparalleled. From the very moment of His appearance to the moment of His disappearance, every one of His activities is unparalleled in the history of the world, and therefore anyone who knows what we mean by Godhead will accept Krishna as the Supreme Personality of Godhead. No one is equal to the Godhead, and no one is greater than Him.

2)
We are eternal servant of Krishna, part and parcel of God. Just like part and parcel of my body, hands and legs, they are serving the whole body, similarly, Krishna is the supreme whole and we are His parts and parcels; therefore our duty is to serve Him. This is our constitutional position.
Srimad-Bhägavatam confirms that we are all parts and parcels of the Supreme. If a part of the body cannot regularly render service, it gives pain to the body, and if a person does not render service to the Supreme Lord, he is simply giving pain and trouble to the Supreme Lord. Therefore such a person has to suffer, just as a criminal has to suffer when he does not abide by the laws of the state.

3)
Are mentioned in the first answear, the six opulances.

4)
Krishna's nature? Krishna's nature is always blissful. Änandamayo 'bhyäsät (Vedänta-sütra 1.1.12). Always joyful, full of knowledge, and eternal.

5)
Krishna's personality is not limited or material, has no beginning or end is just like an ocean of ambrosia.

6)
He is a person who is naturally very grave, gentle, forgiving, merciful, determined, humble, highly qualified, chivalrous and bodily attractive. He is very peaceful, forbearing, considerate and obliging.
