It would make a person sick. Now, I almost always polish off a pint in one sitting- Ben & Jerry's or Haagen Daaz- especially when watching tv- and I'm skinny! (exercise a lot, of course)

Many people can eat that much ice cream and not be gross or fat or anything. If you eat that much ice cream all the time, then that might be a problem causing much of the above listed.

I did it once as a bet. I'm not fat or gross or a pig, but I felt like crap after I did it and will NEVER do it again. To this day, I have absolutely no desire to eat strawberry ice cream.

It's do-able and I've done it. Just have to slow down for the ice cream headache that is going to get you. Couldn't do it every day and if I remember right, that was my meal that night.
