the mayans stopped making the calender up until 2013 do u think the world is gonna end in 2013?

There are Mayan prophecies for after that. Not even the Mayans expected the world to end in 2012.
Everyone who thinks the Mayan calendar ends in 2012 is terribly misinformed.

The Mayan calendar date that has everyone worried is December 21, 2012, not 2013. It could mean the world is going to end, or simply that we're entering a new age.

No one knows why the Mayans ended their calendar at 2013, but I can unequivocally tell you this world will never end, the people on it may come to an end, but the earth will continue on millions upon millions of years from now, just remember end times are mans creation not Gods or anything else they might come up with.

I thought it was 2012, but maby that was the last year , and I think the words they used were " the world as we know it will come to an end " But I might be wrong .. however I could probably depress alot of people if I told them that I thought it was true. so I pretend that I'm un affected by my fear that the mayah could well have been on to something .. I'd be a little more worried if one of the profits or any other religion agreed that trouble was on its way , and described life as we Know it today,, cars and planes and stuff ,, and although I didn't mention it ,, but I think it's a big one Technoligy ...

My calendar stops on December 31st this year, so I don't think we're going to make it to 2013.

Why would they make the calendar any longer ?
I mean do you think about year 487857979 !

They thought it could be updated later !!
