Yes they can. It plays havoc on your immune system and this in turn upsets the internal balance of your body including sleep weight emotions etc..... you become tired because your body wants to fight off the foreign bodies in your system

Actually, a symptom of allergies is lethargy (tiredness). Allergies is an immune system response. When your body is busy fighting all the allergens all the time, it uses energy therefore making you tired.

Yes. The medicines could make you sleepy, but also, your body fights off the allergen and can make you feel tired, just like when it's fighting off an infection.
