This is a very simple question yes /no answer is all that's needed. Do budgies see in colour, yes or no?

It's not a simple question.
They see colors, but not the same as us. They actually see ultraviolet

Probably color, as most (if not all) birds do, which is why usually the males are the more colorful (there are exceptions--blue jays and mockingbirds, and also budgies, come to mind).

Sorry I can't give a yes/no, but the jury is still out on this issue.

In color; birds have excellent color vision, except for night birds.
