You are required to go to mass every Sunday and HOLY day of obligation. You should confess that you receive worthily on these days. You may receive once a day everyday of the week. Particularly first fridays and first saturdays there are special graces associated with receiving CHRIST IN THE HOLY EUCHARIST . ..
Receiving everday will strengthen you against sin and bring you closer to CHRIST. .. if you receive worthily . . . the most a person can receive is twice in a day . .. but ordinarily once is plenty . ..
-LOVE your neighbor as yourself.
Amen.

Communion is more than a memorial "do this in remberance of Me." It is a graphic presentation of the gospel. I can't understand why evangelicals don't use the best picture one could use to testify about what Christ has done for us. So how often should you witness? Should you ever pass up an opportunity to witness?
Communion also unites to people sharing together. So get rid of the individual cups and litte wafers. Share around the talbe, drink from "the cup" (it's the most biblical) and break from the common loaf.

Yes the church wishes we receive Holy Communion frequently because that is the way we receive the grace to help us do good. that doesn't mean that if we don't receive it, we cannot do good, but it help us make it easier for ourselves.
By the way, if you are a catholic, you have to go to confession if you are in sin, there is no absolution before communion, except, maybe for sins we may have forgotten, but we must confess them when we remember them.

Yes, absolutely.
Our Divine Saviour is ready to bestow innumerable graces through this Sacrament, which are lost in consequence of the ignorance and indifference of men. When the most Holy Sacrament of the Altar is not revered and loved, scandals will abound, faith will languish and the Church will mourn. On the other hand, if this Sacrament be worthily frequented, peace will reign in Christian hearts, the devil will lose power, and souls will be sanctified. "As many as received Him to them He gave power to be made the sons of God." (John 1:12)

You are rendering God the Father, Jesus His Son and the Holy Ghost lip service, only. The bread is the Words of God, the Blood is given for us, so we may enter into the new covenant.
Every time you hear the Sermon on the Mount, you receive the bread, every time you read the Gospel of Matthew, Mark and Luke you have been given food for your spirit. Every time you hear the Testimony of John the Baptist, you are given the Blood, every time you Learn of the true Holy Place as spoken of by Daniel stand in it.
And the truth shall make you free.

The Holy Eucharist, unleavened bread, matzoh/mat so, host. the completed purpose is to different than the physique of Christ, to be one with him. To be one with Jesus, as a results of fact Jesus is one with the father. The physique of Christ is represented at present as a results of fact the church or physique of believers. you should repent of sin for that reason leaving the sin in the back of. in basic terms like the 1st Passover in Egypt with the Israelite united states. Egypt represented the sin, Israel left Egypt in the back of. They provided the unblemished lamb(Jesus) for a sacrifice. placed the blood on their domicile for secure practices from dying,(Jesus shed his blood on the bypass. They ate unleavened bread with their meal. Bread with out leaven or any corruption(sin), Jesus had no sin for that reason making him the incorruptible bread of existence. Repent for the remission(stoppage) of sin, and say sorry after which you will obtain the bread with grape juice. They pass mutually the physique and the blood, no alcohol please, that must be have an additive, leavened/corruptible.

The Bible nowhere instructs us how often we should take communion. 1 Corinthians 11:24-26 records the following instructions for communion: “…the Lord Jesus in the night in which he was betrayed took bread; And giving thanks, He broke it and said, ‘Take, eat; this is My body, which is broken for you; this do in remembrance of Me.’ In the same way He took the cup also, after supping, saying, ‘This cup is the New Covenant in My blood; as often as you drink it, do this in remembrance of Me.’ For ‘as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you show’ the Lord's death until He shall come.” This passage gives all the instructions we need to perform the rite of communion and to understand the significance of what we are doing.
The bread which He broke in half represents His body which was broken on the cross for us. The cup represents the blood He shed on our behalf, sealing a covenant between Him and us. Each time we perform the communion ritual, we are not only remembering what He did for us, but we are “showing” it as well to all who watch and all who participate. This is a beautiful and graphic picture of what happened at the cross, what it means, and how it impacts our lives as believers.
It would seem, then, that since we take the Lord’s Supper to remember Christ’s death and shed blood, we should take it fairly often. Some churches have a monthly Lord’s Supper service, others do it bi-monthly, others weekly. Since the Bible does not give us specific instruction as to frequency, there is some latitude in how often a church should observe the Lord’s Supper. It should be often enough to renew focus on Christ, without being so often that it become routine. In any case, it’s not the frequency that matters, but the heart attitude of those who participate. We should partake with reverence, love, and a deep sense of gratitude for the Lord Jesus, who was willing to die on the cross to take upon Himself our sins.

I would think so. After all, we believe it is Jesus. I don't believe in going to confession to receive Communion, either, since there is a general absolution during the mass, before we receive.

It is done in remembrance of the Lord.
Yet it is not stated who many times it should be done.
