Anyone In/Near Washington, D.C. Know Where I Can Find "Bubble Tea"?

My friend is coming to visit me (I leave near D.C. and was born here but lived most my recent life in Ohio) and I thought maybe being near a big city would increase our chances of finding said beverage (she said she can't find it nearby in Ohio)?
Silly question, I know, but I really appreciate anyone who answers!
