Do you think that everything that happens in your life somehow relates to one another?

Just curious. That's how I think at times and i was just wondering what others thought about it.

Absolutely! There are things that have happened in my life that have a direct result of other things that I have done. Like making that phone call I was so afraid to do only to be reunited with my beautiful daughter I haven`t seen in 36 years and my 20 year old granddaughter I had never met. If I had never made that call I still would not know them. Everything is relative in some way or the other I believe that`s how God intended it.

Yes, I do. The reason I say this is when I look back over my life and events and situations that has developed in the past , I can see a direct correlation.
I believe that Father God has already set every thing in motion at our birth, and all we have to do is show up...Tehehe..(LOL)
One day I went to a certain place to lead devotion for a group, the decision to go there lead to the adoption of my baby, now twenty-two years old. Adopting an infant was not in my mind that morning, I went there do do one thing and something else took place that lead to some thing major and wonderful. Go back a little further...I relocated from one state to another...looking back it all lead to this...one event to another to another untill eventually the adoption.
Yes,every thing we do is an interaction with the next event in our lives.
For instance...when someone comes into your life, however briefly, do you wonder why...what is their purpose in your life...or what is your purpose in their life. Were you to learn something from them or perform a service for them, maybe help them in some way...O"K take it a little further...even if it is just a chance meeting and you never see the person again...what was the reason for that...everything has a purpose or reason behind it...Nothing ever just happens... One thing sets the next thing in motion. You go to work or school...you smile at some one...or they smile at you...that sets the next thing in motion...maybe an attitude adjustment...you get to your office...your manager or supervisor calls you in to her office ....You are in a good mood and that affects the meeting of great minds...you get a promotion....or turning left instead of right... or even death, we don't like to think about it...all is a part of life and life has to be lived intertwining together.... Action and reaction.
Interesting huh..I love it...life...

Because I believe in reincarnation, I believe we go through some things due to the time, parents, and situation we chose to be born into. Groups tend to incarnate at the same time. So we end up in situations that could be foreseen, as we came back to earth in order to learn something we needed to, in that way, yes I think everything somehow relates to everything.

Well lots of the things in my life tend to tie together. I'll read something in a book or something and then the next day and sometimes only a few minutes later I'll hear or see almost the same exact thing in a completely different place. It seems that the Lord continually confirms Himself and His plan for me in several different ways... He knows ho dorky I can be sometimes and knows I need to hear the same thing over and over again. It is also awesome when you meet someone and they have the same "life-story" as you or the Lord has been teaching them the exact same things.

Have a fantastic day!

God Bless!

The relation in your life is YOU. Everything that happens is related to you. So you are the crux of your own existence. Build upon your life each day by what you have lived. Learn from mistakes. Revel in your triumphs and try to "pay it forward."

I always said that our lives is like a book, we go through the chapters, that's one part of our life then we get to the episodes, then a great change happens like marry, a death,a birth, the different people we meet ,at that time they are suppose to appear in our lives. And so forth, every thing that happens to us is related and suppose to go that way. This what make us who we are.

Sometimes when I look back on my life, I do try to connect the dots as to how I got to this point in my life. I sometimes try to figure out if I had done something a little differently who different my life would be now.

The butterfly effect.
Example:
Woman meets man. Hears the word of God . Soon gets saved.
Why did she meet this man at this time because someone prayed for her salvation.
This prayer touched the man then the woman and now she is teaching her family and friends. This prayer continues with more praying people added.
Like That?

of course, every thing happens for a reason. God put certain people in our lives to help one another and teach one another. there is no coincidence's , things don't just happen. if you really look at what happens in your life and pray on what happens then you will see what those reasons are.God Bless!!!
