I have been on a diet for the past 3 weeks or so, but I notice I havent crapped anything solid as since then. I drink about 3 32 oz. bottles of water per day and eat oatmeal/yogurt in the morning, carrots/ranch or PB&J w/bananas, then a salad, and either some soup or another PB&J w/bananas.

And Ive been going to the restroom a lot, more then I ever use to go. My friend at work says its all the fat leaving my fat ***!LOL!But is there something wrong with me, if my crap isnt solid.

By the sounds of it, I'd say it's your diet. You're drinking a lot of water, and not eating the best foods, or at least, you're not eating enough food for your body to process.

While it's recommended that we drink at least 8-8oz glasses of water each day, you're drinking 96oz. That's a lot! It's good because water is healthy, but your body can't soak up the excess water, which is why your "stuff" is not solid.

I would start adding more food to your diet, to give yourself more nutrients. You should be eating about 5-6 small meals a day, with a mix of protein, and vegetables. That should help to make your "stuff" more solid.

If you don't see an improvement after about another week, contact your doctor, something else could be going on.

I would venture to guess that you probably weren't taking in a lot of water or fiber before hand and now that you are your body isn't used to it. I would wait it out a little longer and see if things get better. If not perhaps it would be time to consult with a Doctor (internist or gastorenterologist)

Drinking more water will make you go more often... eat rice that should help slow it down and bulk it up
