Use something soothing to help it heal. Aloe Vera gel is good or vitamin E oil. Plain yogurt is also supposed to be good for a sunburn

I would suggest putting some Aloe Vera gel in the refridgerator, or try using some menthol extracts to cool the area. Also, if I itch alot i sometimes go into the shower and turn it on a really hot temperature setting, and let it go directly onto the affected area, it feels very good.

Aloe Vera gel or vitamin E gel. Try putting both in the fridge for a bit to make it nice and cool on your red hot skin!

put vinegar in a spray bottle and refrigerate. put on sun burnt area where it's stinging leave on for 20 min, don't rinse. DO NOT ITCH, or else bad smelling vinegar will get on your fingers!

Get Some Aloe it's this gel looking thing that is in a bottle and it is green.

Benadryl cream or lanacane anti bacterial spray, lanacane has a Big dose of benzocaine which works.

A warm baking soda bath may help. Also some of those cortisone creams help.

Try Noxema cream, it's tingly and soothing. That might help you out!
