What do I do with a stalker???

This boy who I went out with for a day (I broke up with him the same day cause he asked to do things with me) and he was, I guess mad that I broke up with him first and he kept calling me. Even after I blocked his number he called from his friend house, neighbor, cousin, step-brother... He got his sister to threaten me to go back out with him (he know where I live-who I live by) and he kept sending me messages 2:00 in da morning takling bout how I was gonna die (he sent me a message saying he knew what i did last summer and was my worst nightmare, and I was gonna die at 12:00 the next day) He sent it from his friend cell phone, so of course I was scared cause I did not know who it was. What do I do, how do I get him to stop buggin about me dumping him (I did it over the phone so how could he have been embarssed??)?

Based on what you said, it's serious. You really need to contact the police. He's crossed several lines already, and it will only get worse if you try to deal with it yourself.

It's time to get the police involved. Don't feel one bit guilty about it. He's overstepping and interfering with your life.

I don't know how old he and you are. If he's young, the police will just let him know what he's doing is wrong and they will straighten him out. If he's older, then it will be up to him how much trouble he gets into.

Don't talk to him. don't warn him you're going to do that, don't tell your friends first hoping he'll get the message. No! Just immediately call the police (non-911, just the regular line) and tell them what's happening.

Trust me. This happened to a friend of mine, and I know someone who's a police officer too. This is the right thing to do. Don't wait another day. Make the call.

I think you should just wait and see if he keeps sending messages. In the mean time tell your parents. They can help. If he doesn't stop and your parents don't do much to help it, call the cops. He's definitly a nutcase, he's probably on drugs.

I hope this helped some how. I can't imagen how freaky it must be to be stalked by a freak. If nothing happens within a couple of days call the cops and tell them the exact story. It may be embarassing to tell about a bad date but hopefully they'll do something about it! take care.

Perhaps do some threatning of your own, you know report you to the police, sue you, get some of my brothers friends to pound you (start off with the police ones). Then he may realise that trying to threaten you is verry much illigal and not worth it.

If you need to go the full mile tell the parents, sometimes that much is required

Kick him in the balls! (Just kidding! I almost got sued for doing that!) You should tell him off for sure- don't let him to this to you. He's obviously way too over-confident in himself, so either tell him off, or file a restraining order, or maybe contact the police if necessary. But first explain to him that you seriously don't want to go back out with him bcuz he's NOT your type, and you want someone better than him. Let him know what he did wrong so maybe he won't try it again with you or any other girl.

i know it's scary but try to ignore him (once u tell your parents at least). he's prolly bluffing and honestly, i doubt he would do anything. and DON'T let him think ur scared. that's all he wants, he's a big jerk and when ur ready: let him know he's messin with the wrong girl (and seriously man up) and tell him unless he wants YOU after him, he better forget he has ur number.

btw DO NOT delete his messages! if u do get a restraining order, the court will request evidence of his violent behavior and that is your evidence.

jamie the first thing is to tell him that if he doesnt leave you alone then youll go over and kick his ashtray clear to kingdom come and back.take no guogh off of him. if he threatens you threaten back, do to him as you got done to you. if he says your going to die one night call him up at 5 in the morning if you know any guys that can fake a gay accent get them on the phone and crank him till he cries...then if he stalks you at work or something have him get it back.. follow him take pictures and then tell him your taking the pix for the cops so they know what he looks like if you should ever get hurt. then write in a journal how he wanted more and give it to you mom or someone you trust and then have someone else read it and then he'll look like the pig he is...{sorry have stalker issues had one didnt want one then he dies in jail;} so do what you can to get his goat if your a teen have your dad go over and talk to him the guys dont like that! again i apollogize to the people of yahoo i just dont like stalkers!

First report to the Police, show them anything to prove that he's bothering you.
Second, get yourself another male to face him man-to-man in the presence of persons of authority, like your father, brother, uncle, teacher, or older friend.
Third, change your celphone SIM Card and your home land line phone number.

You're doing the right thing. Next time he sends messages or letters or whatever, just ignore them, delete them, and block the sender. Tell his sister that he has no right to demand you to go back out with him. Tell all your friends to stay clear of him - he's messed up.

And have your parents tell his parents. Or at least tell your parents what's going on. It'll be embarassing, but they might do something about it.
