Big picture of a cat. Tape it to the window facing out. Worked for me. (The bird is actually fighting its own reflection for territorial reasons)

Put a decal or other decoration on the window where the bird hits. It is either attacking its reflection, or doesn't see the glass and tries to go through it. It needs something on the window to let it know there is a barrier there.

You can cut out some bird shaped silhouettes and tape them onto the window. Black construction paper is good. Tape two together and cut out out a big bird. Cheap and effective,

Good luck.

Birds cannot see glass. They think it's open space. Hang or place something on the glass so they can see that there is no passing it. (A couple of suncatchers even some stripes of tape will work)
Good Luck!
