First off you could have serious withdrawal symptoms if you suddenly stop taking any type of antidepressant. You should consult your physician before making any changes as he/she is most familiar with your clinical history.

Secondly, a 2006 study has shown that some mothers who take SSRI's during pregnancy have children who have complications. One such complication is an abnormally high blood pressure in their arteries and vascularture. While granted this is not all that common, it is still worth taking in consideration. Another said complication is congenital cardiovascular defects (heart malformations, etc).

dont just stop takin it ,I done that an aint bin the same since .on it 4 five years ,an just feel tired all the time ,I stopped cos my eye kept twitchin an legs kickin out all the time .See the doc an come off em gradual lke
