if you want to tan naturally out side you should go out when they say not too... sad i know but go lay out between 10 and 2pm the uv rays are the strongest. i use cocoa butter then when i get really hot i use a spray bottle of water. water really helps to reflect the sunrays,. baby oil works really well. if you burn you should only be out for a like a 1/2 hour. as for flipping sides i switch when i feel burning or am too hot. i love the sun a little too much so becareful. have fun.., may we all be blessed with golden sunshine!!

This is the best stuff.
Called Banana Boat Dark Tanning Oil and no sunscreen in the item.
Got it at the Kart in May and was like $4.00 for 8 ounces. Have not even used 1/16 of the bottle.
It is the best stuff in the world
I had a base but now getting darker and darker.
This stuff is wonderful
But it is greesy and does not come off in the pool. When you go home you have to wash with soap and hot water.
Do not wear you good shirts and stuff. T. shirts.
You will be so happy and give me a best answer
This is the best thing even.
Also no blister
Your times are fine. See if they have this by your house

Instead of only having a tan from the sun, use Jergans [spelling?] daily tanner to take the place of tanning every week or so. You wont get orange or anything, and this way you wont be so ermm...cancerous.
