I have a job interview at the coffee bean and tea leaf as a barista in two days, and I was wondering what kinds of questions they ask you other than the typical job interview questions. Thanks! Also, any idea on how to dress? Business suit, or more of slacks and a nice blouse?

Always dress in business attire for an interview it shows you respect the company and what it stands for (it will also make you stand out as a serious employee). They will probably ask why you want to work there and how you feel about people "borrowing" money from the register or giving out free drinks to friends. The biggest problem places like that face is employee theft and they want to be sure you won't think it's OK and you would report anyone who does it.

If interviewing at corporate offices, go with #1. If interviewing for a position at a store, go for #2. PS I work at CB corporate.
