I'm a 17 year old boy, I'm 5 feet 10 inches and I weigh approximately 155 pounds, so my Body Mass Index (BMI) is fine. Just want to know when I should switch what milk I drink,

I would say that since you don't have much body fat, you could drink regular milk now if you choose to. This will depend upon how much milk you drink though. If you drink a lot of milk you can get too much fat in your diet even though you are not fat.

I would give it another year or so.

We actually use both skim milk and whole milk in our home. A gallon of skim and half gallon of whole milk. The skim is what we use for breakfast and cookies. The whole milk is used for cooking (some recipes require whole milk for the product to taste correctly.) Plus my son, age 3, drinks the whole milk at dinner.

I prefer skim milk now because the whole milk sits on my stomach and makes me feel full. When I drink it and work out I feel slowed down. ew.
