Call your dentist and ask. If you don't need any additional work due to cavities or anything else, your dentist can tell you the price. Then you will know what he charges and you can call another dentist if you think you can get a lower price. Ask your friends who they go to?

God Bless You, ;-)

This all depends....in the dentist business, there are dentist who own their own practice and then there are some who work for a company. The cheapest option for you is to go to a company owned dentistry. There prices are lower and they most of the time has discounts for people who don’t have insurance. Ok now you know where to go you need to understand that when you get there you are not just going to get a cleaning.....they first need to take x-rays then an exam and decides what kind of cleaning you need (if they say they do not need to do this in order for you to have a cleaning, you should not be going there!!!!!!!!)...there is about three different kinds of cleanings, depending on if you have gum disease or not, and on your pockets, 1-3 are healthy. This first step will cost you about anywhere from 50-120 dollars, some companies offer coupons on their web-site or in the newspaper for your first visit. Then your cleaning can be anywhere around 60-300 dollars like I said depending on what type of cleaning on need. I hope this helps

I spent 60 bucks without insurance. I guess it depends on where you are.

Also, some dental schools and dental assitant programs offer free or discount cleanings in various areas

Look for a dental school or dental hygienist program in your area. They both can do cleanings (dental hygiene programs are pretty common so look for those first), and they charge you a lot less because students are working on you.
